Laura is a sports scientist who combines her passion for exercise with an understanding of other people's needs.

She creates an environment where ambition and the achievement of individual goals are in focus, without sacrificing fun in training.

Fred is a sports scientist with a Master's degree and has been a personal trainer for over 10 years. His enthusiasm for sport is infectious.

He loves to accompany people on their journey - with a plan, empathy and genuine motivation. He shows how training can be sustainably integrated into everyday life.

Chris is a sports scientist and his training doesn't follow trends. Instead, he follows what really counts: Movement that helps. Structure that carries you. And support that is honest.

He has been working as a trainer for 20 years - starting out in competitive sport and now working with people from different areas.

GROUP CLASSES

Experience the best of both worlds: the personal support of a coach and the energy of a strong community.

You train in a small group with a maximum of 10 participants. Our courses are specifically designed to help you develop in an efficent, consistent, and lasting way. You benefit from a clear structure, proven training methods and an environment that motivates you to achieve your goals.

HIIT & FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH
MI 07:00 - 07:55 I SA 10:15 - 11:10

An intensive full-body workout that combines functional strength with high-intensity intervals. Efficient, dynamic and challenging - for more power, stability and endurance in everyday life.

ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE
DI 07:00 - 07:55

Targeted training for everyday athletes who want to achieve more. Through mobility, coordination, plyometrics and strength training, you will increase your explosiveness, stability and resilience - for maximum performance and fewer injuries in your sport.

​RUN STRONG
DO 18:30 - 19:25 (am 08.05.2025 um 10 Uhr)

Run more efficiently, more stable and injury-free! This training is specially tailored to the requirements of runners, triathletes and endurance athletes. Through running technique drills, functional strength training, stability and jumping exercises, you will improve your economy, performance and resilience. For more speed, better power transfer and fewer injuries - on every kilometer.

​ANDIAMO RUN CLUB KREUZBERG
MI 18:00 - 18:55 I SA 08:00 - 08:55

The Andiamo Run Club is for anyone who wants to get (back) into running and enjoys relaxed kilometers in good company. We start and finish at the Fitness Atelier. The route usually takes us across Tempelhofer Feld - 5 to 8 km (approx. 6:30+/km) depending on the group's mood and level. In addition to the group runs, we integrate technique drills, intervals, strength and mobility. This will improve your running economy and prevent injuries. Just come along. Andiamo - let's get running!

SPINE & SHINE
DI 18:30 - 19:25

Long sitting and one-sided strain can limit your posture and mobility. Spine & Shine combines targeted mobility exercises with functional strength training to relieve tension, strengthen muscles and improve your posture. More stability, more mobility, more ease in everyday life - for a strong and pain-free body.

At the Fitness Atelier we speak English and German. All coaching - no matter if personal training, group classes or nutrition coaching - can happen in either one or both languages.
